Consorzio Vera Pelle accepts payments by credit/debit card or by bank transfer. For payments by credit card, transactions are managed by Nexi, the safer way to pay and be paid online.
Nexi accepts Mastercard, Visa, Postepay, Aura, American Express.
Payments through Nexi are free, safe and easy.
Payments are made directly on the Nexi website, that uses the latest fraud prevention technology and safeguards the customer’s financial and personal information by encrypting all sensitive data.
Transactions are constantly monitored by a team of specialists 24 hours a day to protect customers from fraud and identity theft. The team will immediately get in contact with a customer if there is a suspect of fraud on his account.
For payments by wire transfer please select the option “wire transfer” once you have completed your purchase order.
Goods will be shipped by Consorzio Vera Pelle only after receiving money in its bank account. To make things easier, customers can send a copy of their wire transfer receipt to Consorzio Vera Pelle by fax (+39 0571.499450) or e-mail (email@example.com), so that Consorzio Vera Pelle can start the production process.
Goods will be shipped only after Consorzio Vera Pelle receives the bank confirmation that money has been transferred to its account.

Delivery time and Shipping costs
Consortium will arrange DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipments for clients located in Extra EU Countries, where deliveries are subject to custom duties and taxes; payment of import duties is necessary to release your package from local customs on arrival. Therefore clients are liable for any additional import duties, customs and local sales taxes. Consorzio Vera Pelle is unable to estimate their amount in advance.
Delivery time can vary from 1 to 4 working days from the moment Consorzio Vera Pelle consigns the parcel to the express courier until the dispatch of goods to the customer.
When receiving the goods and before signing the delivery document of the express courier, please check the following:
- actual number of parcels received is the same as number of parcels reported in the delivery document
- outside packaging is intact and undamaged
In case of damage or alteration to the packaging, it must be immediately reported by writing “goods unchecked” on the courier’s delivery document.
After checking the eventual damage, it must be communicated to Consorzio Vera Pelle by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days after receiving the parcel.
If goods ordered remain unclaimed at the courier’s warehouse for 5 working days after repeated and failed attempts of delivery to the address indicated at the moment of purchase order, the customer will be held responsible for handling, storage and redelivery costs and will be charged accordingly.
