Online sales of Consorzio Vera Pelle Italiana Conciata al Vegetale (hereinafter shortly called Consorzio Vera Pelle) are regulated by the Italian Law currently in force concerning mail order sales with right of withdrawal.<\/p>

By entering a purchase order the customer expressly accepts terms and conditions of sale and authorizes Consorzio Vera Pelle to charge him for the purchase. Goods will be dispatched in Italy and abroad by express courier.<\/p>

Customs<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

If the goods ordered from our shop are to be delivered outside Italy, they could be subjected to import duties and taxes, payable once the package reaches the destination. Any additional customs clearing costs will be borne by the recipient. The control of these costs is not possible, nor is the forecast of the amount.<\/p>

Customs policies vary considerably from one country to another and it is therefore advisable to contact the local customs office for any further information.<\/p>

Invoice<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

Personal data supplied by customer in the order form will be reported in the shipping invoice. The invoice will be issued at the time of shipping and will be delivered together with goods.<\/p>

No variations are accepted and allowed after the invoice has been issued. Delivery times will be confirmed by e-mail once the order has been placed.<\/p>

Product\u2019s guarantee<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

Consorzio Vera Pelle sells products made with materials of high quality. Particular attention is paid to their storage and to their handling and shipping to preserve their conditions over time.<\/p>

All products sold by Consorzio Vera Pelle are covered by guarantee against failure, leather faults or manufacturing defects.<\/p>

In case of non conformity, Consorzio Vera Pelle will restore conformity by replacing the defected product. If Consorzio Vera Pelle is unable to replace a product covered by guarantee, Consorzio Vera Pelle will refund to customer the total amount paid.<\/p>

Guarantee covers clearly visible defects of leather or manufacturing and non conformity of the product. Except for replacement of defective or nonstandard products, Consorzio Vera Pelle is not responsible for direct or indirect damages derived from improper use of the product or from negligence of the consumer.<\/p>

If the product results altered or lacking of original packaging, Consorzio Vera Pelle reserves the right to judge the guarantee validity.<\/p>

Product\u2019s replacement costs are covered by Consorzio Vera Pelle.<\/p>

If the claimed defect turns out to be unfounded, at the moment of shipping, the consignee will be charged with a a shipping fee of Euro 50.00.<\/p>

Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

The Customer can exercise his right of withdrawal, in compliance with the Italian Legislative Decree 206\/2005, as follows:<\/p>

The Customer can express his intention to withdraw from the purchase within 10 working days after receiving goods. A written communication shall be first sent by e-mail (shop@pellealvegetale.it) or by fax (+39 0571.499450) and then confirmed by certified e-mail (info@pec.pellealvegetale.it) or by registered post with return receipt within 48 hours.<\/p>

Goods shall be returned within 10 working days from the date of delivery. Goods are to be returned to the following address:<\/p>

Assumed that:<\/p>

  • products are not used or damaged<\/li>
  • goods returned arrive intact and comprehensive of all accessories, labels and original packaging<\/li>
  • goods returned arrive accompanied by a document with indication of number and date of the original invoice issued for the product sale<\/li>
  • shipping costs for return of goods are paid by the buyer<\/li>
  • responsibility for the loss or damage of returned goods are at buyer\u2019s charge.<\/li><\/ul>

    Reimbursement of paid amount will be made as soon as possible and within 30 days after receiving communication of withdrawal.<\/p>

    The total amount relating to the returned goods will be sent to the customer by bank transfer, after communication of the bank details by the customer himself and after the return of the product.<\/p>

    Customer service<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

    All the products are guaranteed for two years.<\/p>

    Each product guaranteed by the Consortium has been realised by hand by master craftsmen with high quality materials.
